NRW Appreciation post

Here at NRW we are overwhelmed by all the support from the local community, clients, friends and colleagues who have helped us through this difficult time. We have had money raised from people all over, the local councillor Simon Knoyle raised us money through various activities which we are very grateful for, one of our long term clients Brian gave us another set amount to help us through the pandemic , something which again we are very thankful for.

Sadly 2 of our clients passed away throughout the past few months Rob and Veronica who were long term clients and over time became good friends and they will be sadly missed, but also remembered at NRW as the hard working, great to be around people we got to know. The families of Rob and veronica decided to have donations in lieu of NRW and we are very grateful for this as it is welcomed due to being a tough year financially due to the pandemic. We have also had our first monthly donations set up by Rhian and Sion through local giving which will go towards the maintenance and updating of this website and localgiving.

The rest of the money raised will go towards the running costs of NRW such as room hire, advertisements, insurances and any new equipment which we didn’t expect to being able to acquire at this time, this should get us through the pandemic and come out the other side as strong as we went in. This has helped us very much and thanks again to anyone who supports, fundraises or even speaks highly about us here at NRW. We look forward to the future in hope to be able to help as many people with chronic conditions and neurological injuries as possible and create a healthier, supported, easier to access pathway for people with tough to manage conditions.
